She was so helpful, patient and kind but also extremely knowledgeable and professional. She ensured we got the bathroom we really wanted, she advised on style as well as practicality. And she helped us budget it properly so we got an amazing bathroom that we could afford. Also her expertise was invaluable and made me feel glad we had consulted her. You know you are in the right place when you walk through the door. The staff, the service, the showroom are all fantastic.

We were assisted by Sue. I had an idea of what I wanted and my installer had given me all the dimensions. Sue has a great eye for colour and flair and to say she was amazing doesn’t come close. Without Sue my bathroom wouldn’t look as lovely as it does. We are so thrilled with it.

During delivery it was noticed that something was missing. Although it wasn’t needed for another 4 days. I contacted Beaman’s. After speaking to Chris I then got a call from Sue telling me that she would personally bring the item to us later that day. The item was delivered a couple of hours later, by Sue, who was on her day off. Their after sales service is second to none. Amazing!

Beamans treated us like we were the most important people in the world and I can’t say it strongly enough, they are the best – Helen
